Turn recurring documents into review-ready work.
Organise property data rooms and turn leases, amendments, scans and attachments into structured information your team can check. We define the document relationships, extraction rules and review process around your work.

Document Processing
Which document task keeps returning to your desk?
A lease rarely arrives alone. Its amendments, schedules and supporting correspondence can change what a field means. We scope which documents belong together, what should be extracted and where conflicting information needs a person’s review. The workflow follows the record your team needs to use.
Real estate is one important application, not a restriction. The same approach supports recurring document intake in other industries.

Renewal date: needs review
The amendment must be checked. The system does not guess the missing date.
Organise the intake
Property documents
Prepare a consistent data-room structure, extract agreed lease fields and keep references to the source. Flag conflicting or missing information for review.
Work with the content
Recurring intake and extraction
Capture fields from a defined family of forms, PDFs or attachments and prepare a structured handover into your spreadsheet or system.
Human review remains where the cost of a wrong field, classification or decision is significant.
How we build
Start with the real variety in your files.
We review a representative, appropriately shared sample, including scans and difficult cases. Together we define the fields, naming rules, access boundaries and acceptable errors, then test the workflow against human-checked examples.
The pilot measures extraction quality, review effort and turnaround time. It also tests what happens when a file is unreadable, a value is missing or two documents disagree. We expand only once the review process is workable.
Clear boundaries
Useful automation includes a review path.
Your team receives an agreed field schema, processing workflow and review procedure. Access permissions, retention, hosting and external processing are discussed before confidential documents enter the system.
Not every document should be automated. Low volumes, highly variable material or high-consequence interpretation may justify a simpler assisted workflow. The assessment should make that trade-off visible.
Extraction is only one step. If the work also involves checking a case for missing evidence, consulting other systems and preparing follow-up questions, explore an agent that coordinates the wider task.
