We started in marketing. Our clients kept asking for the systems behind it.
Silvercrest AI began in Munich in 2022 as a marketing company. We ran outreach, lead generation and campaigns for growing B2B companies, and to deliver that work reliably we built our own systems around it: connected CRMs, automated follow-up and research pipelines.
Before long, clients were asking for those systems more than for the campaigns. The biggest gains were not in another message or advert, but in the operations behind them: fewer manual handovers, cleaner data and processes that keep running reliably. We followed that demand and rebuilt the company around it.
Today Silvercrest AI is an implementation partner for AI and automation, led by its co-founders Fabian Schlicht and Thanos Athanasiadis. We start with an assessment of how the work really runs, build what proves worthwhile and train the people who use it, for clients across Germany, Greece, the UK and beyond.
