The brief
Make AI useful to different teams, not just interesting in a presentation.
Premia wanted to turn interest in AI into practical confidence across its teams. Our role was to connect AI fundamentals to their everyday work, with examples suited to different roles and space for questions. Following an initial workshop, the collaboration grew into an in-house programme in Athens. The programme brought 25 participants together to explore familiar documents, decisions and information through live demonstrations and open discussion.

The Athens meeting room became a shared space for explanations, live demonstrations and discussion. The training moved from understanding what AI can and cannot do to examining familiar work: preparing information, reviewing spreadsheets, drafting documents and shaping presentations. A printed reference guide kept the frameworks close at hand. The format made it possible to connect the same foundations to different roles, while keeping confidentiality and human review part of the conversation.
The training
A practical framework, followed by familiar work in Microsoft Copilot.
The programme began with the AI landscape, the strengths and limitations of current models, and the information that should not be shared. It introduced a practical framework for delegation, description, discernment and diligence: deciding what to hand over, explaining the task clearly, checking the result and staying accountable. Participants then explored a seven-part prompting structure, five prompting techniques and reusable examples relevant to real estate work. The practical Copilot segment connected these ideas to Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, using a fictional portfolio review to show how related tasks can fit together without relying on confidential company information.
What the teams took away
The learning did not end when the workshop finished. Premia received the presentation and supporting materials for internal distribution, alongside a 12-page reference guide and reusable prompting templates. The materials gave teams something concrete to return to as they tried the methods in their own work. Premia confirmed that the follow-up material was shared with employees, and its CFO / CIO described the training as clear, practical and tailored to different teams. The repeat engagement shows how a focused first workshop can grow into a broader programme when the content is relevant to the people using it.
