The setting
At MI4’s office in Athens, the team followed short explanations, live Claude demonstrations and open discussion on their own laptops. The training was delivered in Greek. The property, its facts and photos were real. The owner, emails and documents were clearly marked training specimens. This kept the exercise close to daily work without using private client correspondence.
The brief
MI4 sells, lets and manages residential property in Athens, with around 250 managed units. The team already used Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Canva, but without a shared method. The goal was a practical approach everyone could use, with clear rules on what information belongs in an AI tool. A discovery call and a custom questionnaire shaped the training around the team’s priorities: documents, client emails, better prompts, branded visuals and short property videos.
The training
The training connected AI foundations to everyday real estate work: what current models do well, where they fail and how data handling differs between plans. The team explored automation, augmentation and agency, including the difference between a fixed workflow and an AI agent. Real estate examples made delegation, clear instructions, human review and accountability concrete. Before-and-after prompts in Greek and a reusable seven-part prompt structure led into live work with Claude: Projects, Skills, memory, connectors, web research and everyday settings.
One listing, seven connected steps
A worked training example in three phases. Each exercise built on the previous result, from the first enquiry to a property walkthrough.
1. Read the owner enquiry, identify facts and gaps, and draft a reply. 2. Check the documents against MI4’s checklist. 3. Review Golden Visa criteria against MI4’s rules, with human verification.
4. Turn the information into a structured property fact sheet. 5. Create the onboarding checklist as a Trello card.
03
6. Write a coming-soon post in MI4’s Instagram style. 7. Turn the listing photos into a walkthrough video.
Human review at every important step
Missing documents and deliberate listing errors gave the team something to find and question. Facts, gaps and draft outputs were checked before external use. The Golden Visa exercise practised checking against MI4’s rules; it was not an automated legal decision.

At a glance
The closing discussion explored lease analysis, inbox routing and a tenant Q&A assistant as possible next steps. A six-level map, from a single prompt to an agentic system with human approval, helped place MI4’s ideas. These were discussed examples, not systems deployed in this training.
The details
Before the workshop
A discovery call and a custom questionnaire established the team’s priorities. The exercise used a real MI4 property and MI4’s own rules for sale documents, Golden Visa checks, Instagram style and property videos.
After the workshop
MI4 received the full presentation, the completed walkthrough video and a summary with next steps. Email support helped the team continue working with the material after the training.
