Redomiciled is a financial services company helping clients navigate residency and banking options across multiple jurisdictions. As their client base grew, so did the complexity of matching each client to the right residency and banking partner — a process that relied entirely on manual research, internal knowledge, and hours of back-and-forth.

Client Profile Creation & Storage Agent
Automatically captures and structures client data from call transcripts, intake forms, and advisor notes into a unified, standardized profile — ready for matching without manual data entry.
Banks Database & Matching Engine
An AI agent that compares each client profile against a structured database of banking and residency partners, generates ranked matches with scoring explanations, and flags the best-fit options for advisor review.
Report Generation Agent
Automatically produces client-ready reports for each selected option — formatted and ready to present, without manual assembly.

The new process replaced 6 manual steps with a single human touchpoint: the advisor reviews AI-generated options and approves.
