Challenge


Centtrip’s Head of Sales had the team, product, and market positioning. But not the capacity to scale outbound outreach. Expanding into new verticals revealed bottlenecks:


  • Inconsistent lead flow

  • Lack of bandwidth for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing

We implemented a fully managed outbound infrastructure:

  • Dynamic lead sourcing using industry filters and validation

  • Custom-built messaging sequences enriched with buyer language

  • AI-driven reply handling with behavioral scoring

  • CRM visibility dashboards and lead tracking automation


4. Optimize & Adapt

Through weekly syncs, we aligned messaging, adjusted scoring logic, and expanded into new verticals, without adding sales headcount.
