Our system combines intelligent agents, LLMs (Large Language Models), and web research and scraping to deeply understand each prospect, their company, and their needs without manual research. Starting from a simple company website link or lead list, our AI automatically gathers key insights, generating highly personalized and context-aware messages for every contact.
Now you could be thinking: “But this is not real personalization right? Messages can sound robotic”. This would be the case if we missed this second really important part: The agents are trained on your business and profile input, by examples of how you have handled personalized messages in the past, what your services are, how your tone is, what the purpose (Call to Action) is, what the mission of your company represents.

How It Works
Website & Data Analysis We feed your prospects’ website URL and details into our agent-based pipeline. Each agent scrapes public information about their company such as services, technologies, communication tone, culture and target market. For example, projects and case studies of the prospect’s company can be scraped and it can be used in in your copywriting like “I was impressed with some of your projects you have taken on recently, like…”.
AI-Powered Pain Point Detection Using advanced LLM reasoning, our system identifies three to five specific pain points your prospects might be facing based on their business model, industry, and content style. For example, an agency might struggle with client onboarding automation, while a SaaS company could be under-optimizing user engagement. The pain points are always matched with solutions that your services provide, in order to tailor the messaging for higher conversion in the Call to Action part.
Profile & Tech Stack Enrichment The system automatically recognizes the technologies a business uses (CMS, CRM, automation tools, etc.) and fills in a realistic profile of their workflow maturity level. This enables your outbound campaigns to speak their technical language.
Hyper-Personalized Message Generation Instead of using placeholders or dynamic fields (like {{first_name}} or {{company_name}}), every email is written from scratch by an AI that understands the prospect. It cites real information from their work or site, creates value-driven suggestions, and proposes relevant solutions that connect directly to their pain points. You can provide templates, principles, guidelines, things to avoid in order to have a consistent copywriting structure, but the agents can decide how to adjust in the context of these guidelines in order to achieve the best conversion rates based on the profile of the prospect.
Optimization for Conversion Finally, the message is automatically tailored to fit your call-to-action goals: whether it’s booking a discovery call, demo request, or content download.
