WORKFLOW DETAIL
The opportunity
Generic drafts still need formatting, fact-checking and internal links. We configure a content pipeline around your catalogue, keyword plan, HTML structure and brand rules so review starts with a more complete page.
Page production is one part of search performance. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, traffic or revenue.
THE WORKFLOW
From catalogue to an approved content batch
01
Structure
Map catalogue fields, target keywords, approved sources and a reusable HTML page template.
02
Produce
Prepare a sample batch with headings, internal links and relevant Schema.org JSON-LD markup.
03
Review
Check facts, brand voice, links and markup. Approve the batch before the publishing handover.
A clear review point before handover.
Unclear inputs return to a named owner. Approved work moves to the next agreed step, with the source and status still attached.
Starting point
Use product data, category information, approved sources and a page template. Start with a repeatable page family, such as category pages, buying guides or FAQs.
What you get
Receive structured page drafts with agreed headings, internal-link logic and appropriate structured data. Your reviewer approves factual accuracy, brand fit and readiness for publication.
Approximately 3,000 pages have been produced for one operator. That describes production volume, not a claim about publication or search results.
How we build it
We test representative page types, including thin source data and similar products. Only after the rules and review process work do we extend the batch size.
The publishing owner remains explicit. Generating a page does not automatically authorise publishing it.
Your first step
We look at the catalogue, page types and review capacity, then define a sample batch with clear acceptance criteria.
Best suited to repeatable page families with usable source data, not unsupported content created only for volume.
