WORKFLOW DETAIL
The opportunity
Your team checks leases, amendments and rent schedules, then transfers the same fields into Excel. We map the fields you actually need and prepare them in your working format.
Contractual rent and current operational rent are not always the same. The workflow keeps the date and source visible instead of guessing which value wins.
THE WORKFLOW
Example output: every field has a source
01
Collect
Lease, amendment and rent schedule remain separately identifiable.
02
Compare
Map fields and distinguish original terms from later operational values.
03
Approve
Review the prepared rows, source references and unresolved fields.
A clear review point before handover.
Unclear inputs return to a named owner. Approved work moves to the next agreed step, with the source and status still attached.
Starting point
Unit, area, lease start, lease type and rent are possible fields. Your team decides which source is authoritative and which differences need review.
What you get
Extracted values are mapped into agreed columns, with source references and flags for missing or conflicting information. Existing workbook formulas can be preserved in a controlled copy.
The result supports your analysis. It does not approve a transaction or provide a legal interpretation of a lease.
How we build it
A pilot should include amendments, unclear scans and changes over time, not only clean examples. We assess field-level correctness and the effort needed to resolve exceptions.
Lease-analysis and extraction demos exist. A production workflow requires validation against your own documents and source rules.
Your first step
We start with the output you need and work backwards to the documents. The first scope is a small, coherent property sample with clear review criteria.
Sensitive tenant information stays within an explicitly agreed data and access scope.
